TransNational Security is the only security company in the industry so committed to proactive quality assurance that we provide two performance metrics scorecards to our customers – The Truth Report and the Commitment to Excellence Scorecard. The Truth Report is an objective performance scorecard where 20 quantifiable categories are measured and the results presented to our customers on a monthly or quarterly basis. The Commitment to Excellence scorecard focuses more heavily upon customer service or “soft skill” areas, and also grades our performance in 20 different categories.

We are so confident in the quality of our service delivery program, as defined by the TSG Code of Standards, we believe in offering performance-based contracts in which we measure our results against pre-determined threshold scores. Not only does this allow us to mutually gauge our performance on a regular basis, but also serves as a basis for ongoing continuous improvement discussions with our customers. As further evidence of our belief in our service program and validity of these scorecard tools, we are willing to discuss profit-at-risk contracts, where we tie these performance metrics directly to our profit – the ultimate statement of guarantee.
