In addition to significant owner involvement, each customer will have a Strategic Account Executive and Corporate Account Manager assigned to the account, both of whom will operate out of the TransNational Security ownership headquarters office closest to the primary account location. In many cases, the Corporate Account Manager operates directly out of the primary customer site. The Strategic Account Executive maintains constant communication with key corporate management for the customer, and serves as the single point of contact for all sites incorporated into the contract, while the Corporate Account Manager oversees the day-to-day management of the relationship. As a part of this function, the Corporate Account Manager directly manages the Site Account Managers and Site Supervisors at all customer locations, coordinates the leadership of these individuals with each respective branch management team and ensures the implementation of the TSG Code of Standards and contract compliance at all sites.
