In early 2004, the owners of TSG made the decision to add a new purpose to the organization’s charter–to become the leading provider of high quality security services to corporations seeking one national or multi-regional security provider. For years, something has been missing from national or multi-regional contracts with the large national and international security firms - high end service on the local level. Large corporations often choose to go with these larger firms in order to take advantage of purchasing power and have the ease of centralized invoicing. Unfortunately, there are only a few companies to choose from and all of them have the same two basic characteristics–(1) they are very large and don’t have their management strength at the local level, and (2) they cannot provide a consistent level of high quality services in all regions. The size and corporate structure of these companies makes it very difficult. Understanding these concerns, the owners of TSG made the decision to expand the company’s scope. Today, TransNational Security Group offers users of a national and multi regional security services a new option–the personalized service of a local company while having the ease and cost effectiveness of dealing with one service provider. The regional companies that own and manage TSG have each developed a reputation as a leader in delivering quality security services in their region. All TSG owner members are privately held companies and are directly managed by their owners–not investment groups or stockholders looking solely at the bottom line. Our clients have direct involvement with the senior management and owners of each regional company, as well as local management teams who understand the needs of each regional environment.
